Swollen lids: At this point you should see an ophthalmologist in person. There are a-number of reasons for this problem which could be determined and treated.

i had a suture on my upper eyelid a month ago and the doctor said it will absorb but i feel scared. is the human body capable of absorbing all types of stitches? also the muscles there are totally gone which makes it hard to close the eye. help pleas

Suture: If the doctor put an absorbable suture in the body should absorb that. Now if you had a cut always possible the wound could have been not cleaned good and a foreign body could be under the skin. This causes a granuloma.

If the lesions are : Only on the eye lids - i would be doubtful that they were bedbugs. Bites are usually in areas that are exposed while sleeping-arms, shoulders, neck & legs.  I can only describe bed bug bites in general (not specific to eye area). Bed bug bites may cause no sx's/signs in some except for 2 small points where skin was punctured by bedbug. When there's a reaction, it may show from an hour to several &gt;.

Eye irritation: Eye irritation is the most common cause. Dry eye, a small abrasion, a foreign body stuck. Try to rinse your eyes with water. If symptoms persist, see your eye MD. There can be inflammation on the inside of the eye (uveitis) that makes it sensitive to light. Also, neurological conditions can make the lids droop.
