I had a suture on my upper eyelid a month ago and the doctor said it will absorb but i feel scared. is the human body capable of absorbing all types of stitches? also the muscles there are totally gone which makes it hard to close the eye. help pleas

Suture: If the doctor put an absorbable suture in the body should absorb that. Now if you had a cut always possible the wound could have been not cleaned good and a foreign body could be under the skin. This causes a granuloma.
