All things in: Moderation.  As long as you are talking 5000 units of vitamin d3 daily and a calcium magnesium twice daily, that ought to be good.  And, perhaps limiting your carbonated drinks to 1 per day might be reasonable.

Both: The phosporic acid may seem more detrimental, but over a long period of time both are detrimental. It may very well be 6 to one half a dozen to the other.

Prob.No! PA added to: many products to adjust pH (acid/base balance) of the water solution; to be less basic. Neutral water = pH 7.0; meaning one in every 10 million water molecules is separated into two seperate ions, an H+ &amp; an OH-. pH focuses on the protons (H+). Base 10 logarithm of 1/10 million = 10 to the -7 power. The minus sign is dropped ("understood") so called 7.0. So pH 6.0 = 1/million; 8.0 = 1/100 milion.

all liver panel values excellent except elevated alp - 170. could this be caused by drinking a whole lot of soda with phosphoric acid in it?

Soda + ALP hi: Unless you are adding alcohol to it it should not doe it. 
But not clear by what you mean by a whole lot? I have read of a patient who was drinking several gallons of big red a day and got low blood K for example. So need more details.

Accentuates results: OTC mouthwashes do, in fact, contain some acids and their ph level tends to be acidic because of that.  The effect on teeth, damage to the teeth is minimal, but the effect on the surface of a tooth allows fluoride to integrate with the enamel of the tooth and strengthens it.  So an acid environment does not necessarily cause problems if it is needed.

i have athletes foot and want to disinfect my rubber thongs. flip flops. i have sprayed ajax surface spray on them, lactic acid 3%/phosphoric acid 3%?

Bleach for fungus: Bleach is one of the most effective ways to disinfect for fungus.   Remember to launder all of your socks, sheets, etc... In a good bleach detergent.   Bleach cleansing wipes work well to clean rubber shoes or flip flops.   Also cleanse common areas (ie... Shower, tile floors) with bleach cleaning products.

Weight gain: Any estrogen can cause weight gain - if you start gaining weight with it then stop it.

my urine is clear in color but this morning smelled like gasoline and i feel like i've been kicked in the back lower ribs by a horse..also i sweat and it is gross smelling below?

That's a very...: ...colorful description but, even if I could tell you what's causing it, I couldn't treat you.  Foul smelling urine or vagina discharge, pain in the low back and sweating are red flags for something that needs medical attention.  Kidney stones, bladder or kidney infections and bacterial vaginitis are possible conditions that need to be ruled out or treated.  Best wishes.
