All things in: Moderation. As long as you are talking 5000 units of vitamin d3 daily and a calcium magnesium twice daily, that ought to be good. And, perhaps limiting your carbonated drinks to 1 per day might be reasonable.

As long as you are doing things to prevent osteoporosis, low dose carbonated beverages shouldn't cause harm. :)
