Several ways: In very severe prolonged asthma: if you become hypoxic (low oxygen) and acidotic (build up of carbon dioxide), your heart may go out of rhythm (fibrillate) and stop.  Over many years of copd, the damaged lungs cause elevated pressure in the pulmonary artery causing the right ventricle to thicken (cor pulmonale), enlarge,  and fail.

However, rhd can produce left heart failure, with pulmonary venous congestion and pulmonary edema causing wheezing & respiratory distress, which can mimic asthma and is sometimes called "cardiac asthma.".

Asthma/copd: It is not possible without more information to know whether you have reactive airways disease or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. If you are not happy with your cardiologist, ask to change physicians.

Not enough info: Allergies and asthma usually do not cause heart diseases. However, a very high immunoglobulin is concerned. I supposed it is the igg that is high. Many conditions are associated with high igg like multiple myeloma, autoimmune diseases or chronic infections. All of those might affect your heart function. You should come see an allergist/immunologist for evaluation of high immunoglobulins.

Depends: It is risky only if there is a documented history of significant heart disease , eg, stents, angioplasty, bypass, HTN. Otherwise,  asthma  is not a risk factor.
And exercise is recommended.
