Normal: Bowel irregularity in the last trimester of pregnancy is very common.  Your baby's growth pushes on your intestines and can cause both constipation and diarrea,  nothing needs to be done about this.

Yes.. But: Luteal phase defect (lpd) implies an inadequate amount of Progesterone (p4) after ovulation. P4 is a critical hormone for pregnancy and in theory if the level is low then you should miscarry. However, the diagnosis of lpd is controversial because p4 levels are tricky to measure accurately. Therefore many women with lpd deliver the baby because they do not really have lpd. Best wishes.

Ovulation : The metric to evaluate is ovulation. Are you ovulating?  A fertility specialist will focus on this question not the length of the luteal  phase.  In a woman with proven and confirmed ovulation and a shortened luteal phase Progesterone supplementation can be given.

Luteal phase: Luteal-phase defect (short luteal phase, LPD) is now know to be an extremely rare cause of infertility; although, it may still be important as a cause  of recurring pregnancy loss. To diagnose LPD requires 2 timed endometrial biopsies, though many docs make a tentative diagnosis based on one. Talk with your own OBG about pros/cons and whether testing might be useful for you.

Luteal phase: The first “half” of the menstrual cycle can vary. The Luteal phase generally last 14 days if pregnancy does not occur. Cervical mucous is not always an accurate tool to determine exactly when ovulation occurs. If your pain/cramps continue consider seeing ab Obgyn. If you miss your period the certainly check  pregnancy test
