Luteal phase: The first “half” of the menstrual cycle can vary. The Luteal phase generally last 14 days if pregnancy does not occur. Cervical mucous is not always an accurate tool to determine exactly when ovulation occurs. If your pain/cramps continue consider seeing ab Obgyn.
