i have a round brown skin lesion on my front neck. it is not painful nor itchy. it has a regular circular shape. it has not discharge. what would that be? i wish to post a photo of it but this option is not available here

Should be examined: Rashes are difficult to describe in words. Spots may be an eczema rash, allergic reaction (usually itchy), irritant or chemical reaction (work chemicals, cosmetics,...), infection (tinea, ringworm,...), or a disorder under the skin. what do you advise if i was in band and all of a sudden i couldn't move my neck it really hurt now i have limited movement. why?

Many Possibilities: Depending on how long it's been going on, i would consider an evaluation by a spine specialist.  Sometimes it could be a muscle imbalance, early onset arthritis or scoliosis.  Also could be a pinched nerve/herniated disc.  Either way it might be good to figure it out and get appropriate treatment.

ive experienced what feels like a rubber band popping on the right side neck. it only has happened a few times but is concerning me. what could it be?

Muscle strain: Likely just a muscle spasm or strain.  If no pain or numbness into arm, likely not a nerve or disc issue.

Probably: With a little ingenuity you can probably figure out a way to remove them. A penlight, a mirror, and a half-unbent paper clip may be all you need. If they&#x27;re not tonsil stones, get them seen.

past few years ive had a sharp (snap like) feeling on the right side of my neck (feels like a sudden rubber band snap) used to happen maybe once/month. past 6 months its been at least 5-10x monthly. when this happens, my whole body jolts. zero pain?

: If no discomfort accompanies these sensations and especially if they occur when your head and neck move in one direction, the cause is usually tendons &amp; ligaments moving over bone structures. Even though these snaps are scary, they are harmless. Since they are more frequent, Just to be sure I recommend that you have a physician or orthopedic specialist examine your neck &amp; advise you.

Had a face lift?: This can occur after plastic surgery.  In tha absence of such a history you should consider TMJ, cervical spine problems and an host of other possibilities.  I recommend you be sen sooner rather than later, in the ER if not able to get to your doctor today.

my lyme band 23 came back reactive, what does that mean. i have been fatigue, headaches, neck aches, for 2 months now. could this mean i have lyme. ?

Must take in context: You shouldn't base a diagnosis of lyme disease on a single band of a western blot.  A history of tick bite in an area where lyme disease is common, and rash are other important factors.  The symptoms you report could be due to many things.  Speak to your doctor.

i have arthritis of my neck and i wanted to know if it would be safe to start resistance training with bands to strengthen my neck , arms and shoulders ?

Potentially: I don't think there would be any danger in it, but to make it less likely that you would aggravate your neck you would be we suited to start gradually and do most things with your neck in a neutralir slightly flexed forward position.
