Fibromyalgia ? : 29y fem. "dizzy, lightheaded, stomach cramps, nauseous, bloated, daily headaches, low back pain" needs general medical exam to rule out systemic illness. If no specific findings, fibromyalgia to be considered. Dysautonomia, mitral valve prolapse, IBS, migraine headaches, POTS &amp; low back pain are all associated with fibromyalgia. These symptoms are also associated with Joint Hypermobility Syndrome.

Sounds like: you have an anemia (iron deficiency).  It is not uncommon for female patients who have their menstrual periods to become iron-deficient and anemic.  I would recommend that you see a primary care physician and have a CBC (complete blood count) and iron study (serum iron and TIBC).

How about testing?: A simple and quick pregnancy test that I believe you can purchase from any pharmacy in the UK will likely give you an answer as to why your period is late.  I take it you're sexually active?  I don't know if there are age restrictions on purchasing items from the pharmacy such as pregnancy tests in the UK.  If that were to be negative then, retry in 1 week. Perhaps, your period will come by then.

Get a test: If you have any reason to believe that you might be pregnant (had sex at all and missed any pills or took antibiotics), take a preganancy test if this is later than you would normally get your period when into your placebo pills.  If you don't bleed this week at all, see your gyn for more answers.
