hi i am a 25year old female and have a flap of skin from the centre of my perineum which then goes inside my anus. i haven't had any problems in the past with it but recently it really itches. any ideas? thankyou.

Skin tag: This sounds like a perianal skin tag.  These are usually innocent. If it causing you discomfort or increasing in size you should consult your doctor about having it removed.

why do i feel pain at my perineum area after ejaculation ? am 20 years old male, it is like a muscle is over tense or something... seems like a cramp

Muscle contraction: When you ejaculate you bulbocavernosum muscles contract. These can sometimes cramp and cause that pain. It is not dangerous unless you are having other symptoms.

36 yr old female. long-term constipation. today i noticed pain/weird feeling in perineum area & there's a grape sized sore lump to the left side. why?

Thrombosis hemorrhoi: This sounds like a thrombesed hemorrhoid or an abscess If you have fever or chills or the skin surrounding the lump is pink and warm then you may have an abscess. If this is the case you should seek medical attention right away. Not treated an abscess can result in sepsis and long term complications like fistula and even incontinence.  You should see a doctor such as a colorectal surgeon to tell

43 year old male - urge to urinate all the time and perineum pain and tightness when sitting. been a month. could this be more prostatitis or prostate cancer?

: Prostatitis possibly but not cancer. Pl see a Urologist. in the meantime drink water, sit in tolerably hot water few times a day . I hope you feel better

im a 16 year old female and around 24 hours ago i discovered a red and hard lump near my perineum like right beside it. the pain is throbbing and getting worse with time. it hurts even more to the touch and when i sit. i am scared to visit a doctor?

: Scared ? Why ? Would you avoid treatment for a bad appendix? If you worry this may be sex related you need to move quickly. Some of the infections can result in sterility if not treated on time. It is likely just a boil/abscess from simple germs that needs to be drained. Warm heat may give you comfort temporarily, but these usually get worse if they hurt that much. Get moving &amp; see a doc.

Get Urine Checked: Your symptoms could very well be prostatitis but you need the urine checked so you can be treated appropriately.

can a 24 yrs old male get prostate cancer? was on cipro (ciprofloxacin) for 1 month for prostatitis, now stopped. burning in urine and ejaculating on perineum area.

Not cancer, but...: You're got one of these prostate-discomfort problems that's likely to be a challenge to treat. Cancer doesn't act or present like this and at your age tne odds are basically zero, but you owe it to yourself and anybody special in your life to get managed. Good luck.

: iMAGING RESULTS ARE INERESTING, BUT PATTERN OF SYMPTOMS IS NEEDED. IF NO PAIN, NO INTERVESTIONS EXCEPT CORE STRENGTHENING EXERCISES. THE LEVOSCOLIOSIS WILL GET WORSE WITH TIME. BUT SOME PEOPLE DONT HAVE SYMPTOMS. FOR AM STIFFNESS AN NSAID MAY HELP. FOR PAIN WITH TURN/TWIST IT COULD BE DISC; FOR PAIN WORSENING WITH ACTIVITY IT LIKELY IS THE SCOLIOSIS

I don't understand: What is a gooch? I've never heard that term. If your child has a lump that seems odd, have your pediatrician check it out. It may be nothing important, but you'll feel better to know for sure.
