I don't understand: What is a gooch? I've never heard that term. If your child has a lump that seems odd, have your pediatrician check it out. It may be nothing important, but you'll feel better to know for sure.

LUMP GOOCH: Have him checked by MD for the cause of the lump. It can be infection, node or tumor ?
