Depends on you: Everyone has different pain tolerance. A topical anesthetic can be used although that is considered taboo in most tattoo artists minds. It is imperative that you see someone using sterile techniques...and that you don't do this whimsically because laser tattoo removal is often incomplete.

Think twice or more: Getting a tattoo is painful. In addition, there are no controls as to what chemicals they are putting into your skin. You could develop an allergic reaction to one of the dyes used. In addition, if you change your mind and want it removed that is difficult, costly and usually not very successful

i have a sore penis, and growth on my pelvis. i just got a tattoo, and had an epidermal cyst removed. what could be the problem?

Depends: Where did you get the tatoo and where was the cyst?

The growth would need to be seen to be evaluated.  

The sore penis... Is it sore to the touch, sore to pee, sore all of the time?  Depending on where the pain is and type of pain, it could be anything from an infection to trauma.

i had t3-pelvis fusion nov 1st. my fusion isnt healing properly and i need a revision that wont happen for a month and a half/ two months. i have a tattoo scheduled tonight in my forearm but havent heard back from my doctor. is it safe to get?

Accepted Answer

: As long as no infection secondary to the tattoo, there is no real prohibitive issue.  Do not know if you smoke, but if so, your fusion will not heal properly.  If this is the case, need to completely stop forever.

Pelvic pain in men: There can be a variety of causes of pelvic pain in med. If your primary care doctor is having trouble finding the cause then referral to a urologist might be appropriate. If a urologist can't arrive at a cause then referral to an interventional pain management specialist would be appropriate.

No: Most men go with their wife for a pregnancy check or ultrasound. Usually for gynecological exam like infection check, it is best for women to go alone so they can discuss their issues in privacy and openly.

Hard to do so: One can "assume/guess" it is endometriosis, but you can only be sure via laparoscopy.

: These exercises are not foreither things you mention. They are for urinary incontinence

last mens was 10/29-11/2 w/a lupron (leuprolide) injection on 10/30. started having vag bleeding w/ bad pelvic pain today, normal w/ lupron (leuprolide)? making appt tues.

Yes : Lupron (leuprolide) will cause you pain shortly after it being given.  This will resolve .  However, you might start to experience hot flashes or night sweats if you we're not given add back therapy ( low dose hormones). .  Pelvic pain should improve after some time - it varies per pt.
