Pelvic pain in men: There can be a variety of causes of pelvic pain in med. If your primary care doctor is having trouble finding the cause then referral to a urologist might be appropriate. If a urologist can't arrive at a cause then referral to an interventional pain management specialist would be appropriate.

No: Most men go with their wife for a pregnancy check or ultrasound. Usually for gynecological exam like infection check, it is best for women to go alone so they can discuss their issues in privacy and openly.

Yes : Lupron (leuprolide) will cause you pain shortly after it being given.  This will resolve .  However, you might start to experience hot flashes or night sweats if you we're not given add back therapy ( low dose hormones). .  Pelvic pain should improve after some time - it varies per pt.

No home care: Call your obgyn now or go to the er , you may have a ruptured or torsion of an ovarian cyst or other bowel problems, if you can't hold down food u need immediate evaluation.

i wake up a lot to pee even its a small quantity since im a kid

Urination frequency: Frequent urination at night for men is often from having an enlarged prostate, and that is usually for older men.  Another possibility is Type II Diabetes or simply a weak bladder.  Please see your doctor who may refer you to a urologist.  Peace and good health.

Second opinion: This would not be the most likely diagnosis for a 23 year old.  Get a second opinion.

: Suboptimal studies for that reason. Direct visualization, scope for polyps or non-scope for hemorrhoids is the best way to visualize polyps or hemorrhoids.
