Maybe: About an hour. Could take longer depending on the extent or amount of lymph nodes or anatomic regions that may need to be dissected.

for the last couple months ive had a pelvic lymph node become a bit swollen. it doesnt hurt and its the size of a pea. ive had a urine test done which came back clean and also had an ultrasound which showed nothing. whats causing it? im worried?

: You cant see or feel a pelvic lymph nodes. They are in the pelvic cavity I think you mean the groin area. If that is correct, it is not from anything in your urine. It could be from something eg infection in your leg or some other reason which needs a good examination and appropriate testing by a good MD.

Quick : Robotic surgery allows rapid recovery. You will need to confirm the plan with your surgeon. Most likely you will stay overnight in the hospital. People usually take 2-6 weeks  before returning to work

It depend on the: Reason why the lymph node, if it is infection, it take a week or two, if something else it depend what is it.

swollen lymph node right side of pelvic area. doesnt hurt when i push on it but it feels a bit hard. im really worried about it as im not sure whats causing it. its been there for a few days. hasnt grown or anything, half the size of a pea?

: Watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!

See doctor: The symptoms you described are consistent with an infection in the pelvis or left leg. If you are sexually active it could be an indication of a sexually transmitted infection. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation and treatment.

It's most likely: your sigmoid colon (the last portion just above the rectum) Not to worry!

what would cause lymph node along pelvis to enlarge? moves when touched, not super tender. had flu last week and then period but now at the end and just noticed yesterday. im very thin so can see the little bump in mirror. have bug bite nearby?

: An infection in the pelvic area or bug bite might cause small lymph node to occur and be event.  If it is freely moveable probably nothing to worry about.  If it persists next time you see your PCP have him/her evaluate it on physical exam.

bump on vulva close to inner thigh.looks like it was itched&looks a bit bloody&irritated wit hair in it.raised lymph node near pelvic bone cuz of this?

Could be if: It is an infected hair follicle, keep clean with soap and water and do not pick at it.  Good luck.
