Yes: yes, but causing spasms of the periformis muscle or causing sacroileitus, both of which can cause sciatica due to pressure on the sciatic nerve.

I doubt it: yes, there "could" be an overlap but sciatica would be a rare cause of pelvic pain. I recommend see a doctor for an exam to find out what's going on.

Depends: Sciatica is the general term used to describe pain that goes down your leg. In reality anything from spinal disc, hip joint, spinal joints, muscles, knees and finally nerve compression can cause this.  If the pain is causing you to walk differently then the pelvic tilt is temporary.  Actual pelvic tilt is not caused by sciatica as sciatica is just a name given to a distribution of pain.

had microdiscectomy/flavectomy 2days ago,sciatica pain and tilted pelvis are gone...what do you recomend for these days of recovery?

After surgery: Congratulations on a successful surgery. Avoid repetitive bending and stooping in the first six weeks to prevent a recurrence of the disc herniation. Isometric exercises to strengthen the core (e.g. planks) will reduce the risk of recurrent disc herniation or delayed instability. Warm moist heat is good to relieve sore tight muscles and ice (especially at night) is good to reduce inflammation.

happy new yr! i'm on the nuvaring. i'm getting pelvic pain but i also have sciatica right now and i think the pain may be traveling. is either possible? i worry about ov cancer too but that's a reach

Unlikely: Symptoms of sciatica including pain, numbness or weakness radiating from the buttock down to the foot or ankle is unlikely to be caused by NuvaRing . Your pcp can examine you carefully and determine if it is indeed scistica and needs further work up.

Pelvic pain: Ironing while standing requires you to bend your neck for long times, not advisable if you have herniated discs in your cervical spine! 
pelvic pain while standing could be from pelvic floor muscles. Sciatica isles likely.

Pelvic : Pelvic congestion syndrome is a diagnosis of exclusion, meaning typically your doctor will investigate common causes of pelvic pain first.  It can be a difficult diagnosis to make.   True pelvic congestion syndrome is a problem that causes pelvic pain that is not fixed in one area (it may hurt on the left side one day and on the right side another day).  It is usually made worse by prolonged standing, and causes pain during and after intercourse.  It is caused by dilation of blood vessels in the pelvis.  The vessels by become dilated as a result to being compressed by an enlarged uterus that has shifted inappropriately, a fibroid or from compression by the pelvic muscles.  The causes the blood in the veins to be stagnant and does not move back to the heart quickly.  The distension of the vessels from compression causes pain.  It can be diagnosed on ultrasound, ct scan, MRI or during surgery.  If the pain is truly from the pelvis, it may be caused by other problems such as adenomyosis (thickening of the uterine muscle or something else such as endometriosis.  A hysterectomy can improve pain from pelvic congestion and other problems related to the pelvis.  For women who have chronic pelvic pain that are done with child bearing, a hysterectomy may be helpful.

when doing pelvic floor exercises i sometimes get sharp pain in back or sciatica pain running down leg? i have no spine problems.

Sciatic nerve: The sciatic nerve comes out of an area of the pelvic floor muscles.  If you are contracting these muscles or if they are inflamed / irritated the sciatic nerve can be irritated.  Stretching and chiropractic would be helpful.  Also, there are Physical Therapists specifically trained to improve pelvic floor tone.

See a therapist: for physical therapy.   Sounds like you are already seeing a pain doctor, and getting nerve blocks.  Your doctor may add other medications to improve your pain management.  The therapist can teach you better biomechanics and prescribe exercises to help decrease pain, and improve range of motion..

will physical therapy improve the posture of my body ( my pelvis is tilted and i limp,because of severe sciatica and discopathy....no scoliosis!)?

It can: However it will need to be something you continue after the therapy has ended. If you stop doing the exercises then you will lose the benefits in the long run.
