Can pelvic pain come from sciatica im suffering pretty bad with sciatica and been getting pelvic pain?

I doubt it: yes, there "could" be an overlap but sciatica would be a rare cause of pelvic pain. I recommend see a doctor for an exam to find out what's going on.
