Had microdiscectomy/flavectomy 2days ago,sciatica pain and tilted pelvis are gone...what do you recomend for these days of recovery?

After surgery: Congratulations on a successful surgery. Avoid repetitive bending and stooping in the first six weeks to prevent a recurrence of the disc herniation. Isometric exercises to strengthen the core (e.g. planks) will reduce the risk of recurrent disc herniation or delayed instability. Warm moist heat is good to relieve sore tight muscles and ice (especially at night) is good to reduce inflammation.

Not much: Follow your surgeon's orders, it will take about 3 months to feel like you are back to normal.
