Not psoriasis: This doesn't sound like psoriasis. A dermatologist could assess you and advise you.

Athletes' foot: Although less common in young kids, this may be her problem.  Try her on open toe shoes as much as possible and perhaps even some antifungal cream topically.   A recent study found that socks not laundered with very hot water helps to spread the fungus that causes athlete's food.

20% to 35% of all dermatitis affects the hands.
9% to 35% of all occupational disease and up to 80% or more of all occupational contact dermatitis. Five occupations were responsible for more than 60% of these cases:
1Housekeeper, 2-Bricklayer, 3-Worker in metallurgic or mechanical industry, 4-Hairdresser, 5health care

Blisters on hand: May be dyshidrosis, a form of eczema or eczema . Antihistamines may help as can  topical steroids may help in short term but long term can repredispose to infection and/or  skin thinning. Would f/u /w/ dermatologist.

severe dry and peeling skin over hand and thumb from having cast for 8 weeks. can i use a moisturizer or will i cause an infection?

Dry skin: You are more likely to get an infection from the cracks in the dry flaky skin than from the moisturized repaired skin. Use a first aid cream for the first 24 hours then use either eucerin cream or a & d ointment thereafter.

i have peeling skin on my fingers and palm, i used vaseline to moisturize but after a few week, my peeling skin is almost heeled but my hand started to feel itchy and i think it is a allergic reaction, am i allergic to vaseline?

: You have asked questions about two separate problems. See a Dermatologist about your skin symptoms. If he/she feels the cause of your symptoms is an allergic response, your will be referred on to an Allergist.

can peeling skin on palms and hands caused by excessive expose/use hydrogen peroxide (bleach) be reversed/healed? my hand's skin has become thinned, tight, paper-like and crack bleed easily. will my hand skin become thick as before again?

: Hydrogen peroxide is not bleach but prolonged exposure can bleach the skin. Excessive exposure is corrosive to skin. Breathing its vapors  is also irritating to the respiratory tract. I suspect your exposure was to the lesser strength of hydrogen peroxide. Cracking and thinning of your hand skin should heal in time. You could consult a dermatologist or a wound specialist for evaluation and advice.

Doubt it.: Nail fungus infections are usually constant, not intermittent. I'm guessing the pain & inflammation is mostly around the nail. This is called paronychia; if there is a gap between the nail and surrounding skin, that's what it is, and it's caused by a mixture of bacteria & yeast. A dermatologist can give you a topical antibiotic/antifungal solution, or you may even need an oral medicine.

the skin behind my toe nails are peeling in my right foot (all nails showing the skin peeling). my left foot doesnt show this at all. it is only the skin immediately behind the toe nails (not between toes etc). what could cause this?

: Could possibly be a fungus infection, esp if it's unilateral. Suggest seeing a dermatologist for fungal culture and appropriate treatment.
