what should i do about the bottom of my toes peeling?

Peeling: First thing to do is find what cause is. May be tines pedis which simple medication may help but really have to find out the cause. Don't wear same shoes daily, dry feet really well after bathing too.

They're everywhere.: There is only one way to know for sure. You need to hike right over to your local dermatologist or foot specialist for a chat. Direct observation and testing will narrow the possibilities.

ATHLETES FOOT: Most likely he has what is well known as Athletes Feet or Tinea Pedis. Over the counter antifungal should resolve it, but it takes compliance and patience, give it 3 months.

Several things: There are plenty of topical creams and gels that you can get over the counter at any pharmacy or supermarket.  Proper hygiene and ensuring the places you bath or shower are clear of fungus are important.  More recently, companies are promoting ultra violet lights that go into your shoes and kill various types of fungus.
