That's for general anesthesiology.  If specialized anesthesiology like pain medicine or cardiac anesthesia is desired, that's additional years of training.

do crnas have the same training as anesthesiologists?

No: An anesthesiologist has 4 years of college, 4 years of medical school, at least 4 years of residency training and then may have 1-2 years of fellowship.  A crna is a nurse who goes to nuse anesthetist school.  They ususally depending on state law, have to be under the supervision of an md (may not be an anesthesiologyist).  Md/do has much more advanced training over the crna.

Sedation: In general, this procedure is performed with conscious (or moderate) sedation, which is usually a mixture of IV anti-anxiety + pain med.  This makes the procedure easier for you, as well as for the performing doc, because it relaxes the colon,  making passage of the scope easier.  The sedation in most cases is administerd by the performing doctor, and an anesthesiologist is not required.

Varies: This varies greatly with the institution and their staffing, time of day and how busy the rest of the hospital is. You should discuss this with your OB prior to delivery.

Depends : Only if they have done two separate residencies after medical school. I would check to see if they are board certified. A surgeon although they can direct a nurse to give sedation can never actually give anesthetic agents themselves while doing a procedure.
