No: You cannot possibly get all your necessary nutrients from eating just pickles. In fact, you might end up getting too much salt which may lead to water retention. There's no way you can get fats, calories, proteins, and all necessary vitamins & minerals.  Don't do it. This sounds like a scam diet.

Pickled is just: soaked in vinegar. Fermented is allowed to be acted on by yeast. Of course vinegar is fermented so.... there's some overlap here.

Depends: If the pickle was fixed in brine which contains iodized salt, then it will contain iodine.  Otherwise it might not contain iodine.

Maybe: Pickles contain a lot of salt.  Much of the salt used in commercially processed foods includes a small amount of sodium iodide in with the sodium chloride.  So whether or not a pickle has iodine in it  would depend upon whether or not the pickle-makers used salt with iodine, or plain salt.

I do not claim to be: Any type of expert on food supplement; however, from what i was informed, any benefits of garlic are obtained by eating fresh garlic from the clove.  It is possible that any "good" chemicals in the garlic may be lost with the pickling process.

Traction: Retinal pucker occurs when their is traction/pulling from attached vitreous(jelly fluid)
if you are lucky, it can spontaneously resolve if the vitreous separates without creating a retinal hole or bleeding.
