Yes, you should: Your risk factors are substantial, and I assume you recognize this &amp; are dieting but are frustrated. If so, you're not unique--but stick with the effort!   Cheating on your diet twice a week will help you feel less deprived, but make up for it the next day. Research fun low-cal recipes, and find some activity that you consistently enjoy and that gets you moving (walk, bike, etc.)

Any heart problem: Troponin is an enzyme released by damaged heart muscle.  While the major cause is a heart attack, and large increases are usually due to this, almost any condition affecting the heart can cause small increases.  Viral infections of the heart, pulmonary embolus or medial procedures such as angioplasty often result in increases of troponin.

Yes: One of the risk factors for thrombosis is recent illness and immobility which is present after a heart attack. The good news is you will usually be on medications which clotting less likely.

Not really: Lymphoma does not affect your risk of hear attack. But one of the chemotherapy drugs(adriamycin or doxorubicin) can be toxic to the heart and cause weakness of the heart muscle when used to treat lymphoma after a period of multiple treatments.

Avoid smoking : You should not smoke in a contraceptive pill. Your risk of a clot increases. Like dvt. Also your risk of coronary artery disease may increase too. Newer pills are much better and risk of DVT are lower. But, why taking a chance?

If : If you experience angina at rest, or are developing it frequently with minimal exertion, then you are having what is called unstable angina. This does mean you are at an increased risk for having a heart attack, and you should be evaluated immediately. Unstable angina falls in a category of what are called acute coronary syndromes. Unstable angina indicates that atherosclerotic plaques in the artery may be unstable and at risk of rupturing and completely blocking the artery. If this occurs, this causes a heart attack. You should contact your cardiologist's office for further direction, or if experiencing unstable angina after hours then you should be evaluated in an emergency room.

Ibuprofen is one of the most effective and safest medication available for inflammation, pain and fever.

Yes, but very rarely: Heart attacks are  caused by  cholesterol deposits  in the coronary arteries becoming inflamed with a blood clot forming, blocking the flow of blood. Very, very rarely there can be genetic abnormalities with exceedingly high  cholesterol levels at an early age or congenital birth abnormalities  such as having  1 instead of the normal 3 arteries  that can lead to very early heart attacks.

Simply, one blocks the feeding artery to part of the heart muscle and low flow, or no flow causes ischemia which cause death of the heart cells, which is a heart attack!
