november of this year was given prescription for lotemax eye drops for 2 weeks and restasis for inflammation. seen my doctor again taking lotemax gel and pazeo, said allergys but inflammation wasnt bad this time . is it safe to use again so soon?

Safe: Restasis takes about one month to have an effect.  Lotemax carries a small risk of elevation of internal eye pressure but if you take with supervision by an ophthalmologist, it can be monitored.  It is a good anti-inflammatory.

General Health: I would think you are talking about the blood work obtained when you get a physical.  Is lets the doctor know if the body is functioning correctly, if you are anemic or have problems with your blood count, and it might include your lipids and sometimes a test for your thyroid.  You sugar will be tested and that checks for diabetes. The liver and kidneys are also checked.

Love Them: If you don't have any major medical problems, or you have been told by your doc that it's ok for you to start this kind of diet, i believe they work great. The medical community is starting to realize that our belief that carbs are an essential part of our diets is not entirely correct. I have personally lost 40 lbs on this type of diet, and feel great. Blood sugar and cholesterol have improved.

Blood pressure-pacer: You mean BP (blood pressure) 147/72? This is is slightly above normal range, and it may just be that it is measured in doctor's office--usually lower at home. I would just recheck to see--if persistently above 140s, consult doc for treatment. Pace-maker may not have anything to do with the bp. Often the pacer is silent until rate too low, then it kicks in to trigger the heart to beat. Good luck.

Couple thoughts: While it is hard to eat grassfed, pastured, organic etc on the road we can an least attempt to eat "NSNG" (no sugar no grains) and will benefit immensely from this alone.  Then I know Chipotle prides itself on using organic products and there are websites and apps out there devoted to finding paleo options on the road.  Good luck!

Sensibly: To lose weight insure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. Drink at least 8  - 8 ounce glasses of water per day.  Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises.

Types of WBC's: The machine in the lab automatically counts the different types of white blood cells (wbc's), so the results are listed under auto diff.

Sinus or tooth: Possible infection of the sinus on that side of your hard palate or an infected tooth could do this. Please see your health care provider.

That's all we got: They are ok. It's tough when things are lumped together as preservative and the like. Generally foods that come from the ground or a tree or nature are best. If they are in a box, you have to rely on content and ingredients to make a decent decision.
