Blood pressure-pacer: You mean BP (blood pressure) 147/72? This is is slightly above normal range, and it may just be that it is measured in doctor's office--usually lower at home. I would just recheck to see--if persistently above 140s, consult doc for treatment. Pace-maker may not have anything to do with the bp. Often the pacer is silent until rate too low, then it kicks in to trigger the heart to beat. Good luck.
