: Asthma is a chronic condition, and with an asthma plan it may be well controlled
 Avoid smoke, allergic triggers such as dust,mold, pet dander and pet hair. Keep your home clean and consider allergy testing. The rainy season is often associated with increased exposure to airborne triggers. A combination of a bronchodilator and an inhaled steroid is often effective. Please see GINA guidelines.

if had swollen glands for about nine weeks. paul bunnell test came back positive, fbc came back normal  is it normal for my glands to still be swollen?

Yes: It takes a while to recover from mononucleosis . Glands serve as a immunity organ and during infection are deactivated ("at work").It take a gradual recovery and getting lymphatic nodes back to normal size '  if any doubt , see your physician

i have pain in my left teste from last four or five days so what should i do please sir and i am also medical student?

Get evaluated. : There are many causes of testicular pain and you should see a physician for a history, physical examination, and then possibly a scrotal ultrasound. The most worrisome is torsion, when the blood supply to the testicle is twisted closed. Infections can result in epididymitis or orchitis. Others causes are more benign, such as hydroceles & spermatoceles. A full workup will help determine the cause.

i have been in pain for two weeks on my right lower side i have been 2 er twice they dont do anything what should i do i cant stand this pain anmore?

Self control: Clear your house of all unhealthy foods. Set a plan of what you are going to eat. Plan out 5-6 meals per day. Minimize carbohydrates and work out consistently. Abdominal muscle definition is most dependent on body fat percentage, so don't kill yourself with excessive sit-ups. Work on whole body workouts that will burn the calories efficiently.

think i pulled out back twice in one week? pain when standing and sitting and moving, can barely stretch. what to do?

Muscle spasm: I would apply moist heat to the effect ed area .

I would advise a muscle relaxer's and a anti-inflammatory such as Ibuprofen or Aleeve on a daily basis till it improves

7-10 days: is the time it will take for relief. Try using zinc lozenges and dark brown/black honey to ease the pain.

Abdominal pain: Need more information. Any relationship to eating or to having bowel movements. Severe constipation would be the most common simple cause. Irritable bowel syndrome (cramping due to stress) is another common problem. Rarer problems include gyn issues, ulcers, gallbladder, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulitis, or twisting or kinking of the bowel (torsion, hernia, etc.).
