Self control: Clear your house of all unhealthy foods. Set a plan of what you are going to eat. Plan out 5-6 meals per day. Minimize carbohydrates and work out consistently. Abdominal muscle definition is most dependent on body fat percentage, so don't kill yourself with excessive sit-ups. Work on whole body workouts that will burn the calories efficiently.
