Contact your doc: These forms are often available through your primary physicians office or online. They are screening tools but not an answer for poor focus. Poor sleep habits, learning disabilities, nutrition, general health all play into a kids school performance. I would schedule a general checkup &amp; review this with her doc before you let a school label her ADD from a form.

i have a small white bump on my right upper  conner  eyelid  like closer to my nose .it has been their for awhile  .dosent hurt unless pressure .

See your doctor: This type of bump is usually a benign condition, such as a skin tag or blocked oil gland.  An eye doctor or dermatologist can evaluate it for you and offer treatment options.

Yes: There is risk but keeping away from skin and not breathing in vapors and washing hands well afterwards should be fine.Remember to wash clothes also

Hello. : Hello. I can't diagnose her but so far you haven't listed symptoms that would be particularly suspicious for either bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.  Although antidepressants can make some people with bipolar disorder feel more irritable or markedly enhance their energy level, the description of why she didn't like the antidepressants didn't appear that unusual. People in the prodrome of schizophrenia certainly can have a cognitive decline and function more poorly in many areas of their life. However, maybe she is having academic problems due to depression, due to stress or maybe she has too difficult an academic load. If her psychiatrists are having difficulty diagnosing her, then psychological testing by a clinical psychologist might help with that.

Panic does not kill: While it is not unusual for someone having an anxiety or panic attack to think they are dying and for their pulse and blood pressure to spike somewhat, I have never known or heard of anyone having a heart attack and dying due to a panic attack or due to a brief rise in blood pressure to 160/94 (high but not dangerous unless sustained over months and years). Recommend hands-over-heart breathing.

Engage them to help: One approach would be to let them know kids are not much at risk (true) but they could accidentally carry the germ with them on their hands or even in their throat &amp; pass it to people that could get very sick.
