Petechia: Petechia are dilated ends of blood vessels with tiny blood leakage--not a true rash.  This can be caused by body stress such as vomiting or from systemic disease.  If it does not resolve over a few days, see an internist.

Rash: May represent several things from seborheic dermatitis to rosacea to skin sensitivity or contact dermatitis due makeup. Yes see physician. Can't make diagnosis w/ o picture or seeing rash and whether other clues like dandruff(scales) on eyelids, eyebrows or other clues. Simple until see dr. Use cerave facial wash, and cream. Safe. Over counter.

get checked.: With your description, lyme disease is a possibility (as are granuloma annulare or pityriasis rosea or a fungal infection - but none of these present with weakness.).

Eyelid dermatitis: Skin lesions need to be looked at. Based on the description, you might have dermatitis in your eyelids. There are no good otc meds for it. Check with your local physician to have it looked at give you appropriate diagnosis and treatment.

Insect allergy?: Good morning, 
painful rash on back and legs can be due to many causes. One patient developed such a rash after staying in a hotel; my diagnosis was bed-bug-allergy, as the rash was limited to the back of trunk, and back of legs, and the protected areas such as those covered by intimate clothing was not affected. Since your eyes are red and swelling everywhere other causes of need consideration.

See an eye DR: Were the contact lenses fresh or previously used? Bring with you to the dr. Be sure to make it clear that it is emergency.

It is normal: for infants to have bowel movements after every feeding.  It is also normal for the frequency and consistency of bowel movements to change during infancy.  Sounds like your baby is healthy and happy except for the rashes.  If rash is just in diaper area, change the baby frequently, especially shortly after feeding, keep the diaper area clean, and protect it with vaseline; otherwise see doctor.
