It is normal: for infants to have bowel movements after every feeding. It is also normal for the frequency and consistency of bowel movements to change during infancy. Sounds like your baby is healthy and happy except for the rashes. If rash is just in diaper area, change the baby frequently, especially shortly after feeding, keep the diaper area clean, and protect it with vaseline; otherwise see doctor.
