Accepted Answer

Could: be an exaggerated vagal response from increased neck pressure caused by coughing.  This could be an early symptom of significant atherosclerotic peripheral and/or coronary artery disease.  I recommend a cardiologist evaluation ASAP.

Yea: There is an entity called cough syncope where the coughing causes elevated pressure on the right side of your heart and causes a low heart rate response which lowers your cardiac output and may lead to passing out.

i recently took a fall after passing out, that was saturday morning. yesterday and today unnoticed my right collarbone hurts when i laugh, breath deeply, cough, etc. it doesnt hurt when i move my arm around at all though. possibly just bruised?

: How did you fall?  I mean just hit collar bone or with an hand out in front. Agree most likely brusied but do you see a bruise. Why did you pass out is the key question so it does not happen again. Too hot in AZ?

Yes: Need follow-up with primary md or cardiology for 24 hour holter test.

Cervical disk : Pain could be from a cervical (neck) disk herniation or just a strain.  You should get evaluated especially if you have weakness, balance issues or problems controlling your bowel or bladder.

Mgt: I would recommend being seen again for a follow up visit. Your chest radiograph may be uploaded so that I can view it by booking an inbox consultation. 
Monitor your temperature carefully and drink plenty of fluids.
Your PCP may prescribe an inhaler as needed for wheezing/bronchospasm.

is it possible to have covid and not know it? last wk this lady at church likes to talk close to you and she just came back cause of covid, all wk i had bad back pain and was almost passing out, no fever or coughing,its gone away,so is that possible?

Maybe CoVid positive: Majority of people with CoVid-19 are symptom free. This is the reason that we are in a Pandemic Go straight to your nearest ER if you develop and breathing difficults or chest pain. If possible, ry and isolate yourself for 10 days and inform all your contacts since church, especially anyone you were close to for more than a few minutes. Start taking Vitamin D daily, if you do not already do so.

several times i have choked on my saliva until i passed out. i happens when i attempt to take a breath and saliva is inhaled into my windpipe. i will cough for 15 seconds or less before i pass out. what would cause this? it has happened to me 3 times?

: First you need to uncover source of liquid inhaled, and this could be sinus likely, but also consider GERD.  You likely have a vasovagal reaction causing syncope as a secondary phenomenon.  Contact your doctor, get the causation answers, and this should address consequences.

Evaluation: See your doctor for a thorough examination there are number of conditions that can cause recurrent passing out.  You should avoid driving or operating machinery until the cause has been found.

Find the cause: Passing out or syncope is an abnormal event and requires a complete work up by an md. It is sometimesba neurologic or cardiac problem but there are other potential causes. 
It is unsafe to continue without a medical evaluation. Your body is telling you that something is wrong so dont ignore it. You are jeopardizing your health/safety and the safety of others if you are driving.
