Yes: Replacing butter with olive oil is a good choice. You can also moisten baked goods -- i assume that's in the parfait -- with applesauce or whipped ripe bananas to lower fat.

Diet & Exercise: The perfect body is very subjective as everyone's "idea" is different but i feel the best body you can have is accomplished with proper diet and regular exercise.  I know i feel better when I do these things.

Possibly: If your son truly has eczema, it is likely just eczema causing his miserable condition.  It could possibly be parasites, or parasites on top of eczema.  I have seen kids with both eczema and scabies and eczema and a bed bug infestation.  It's best , that you get him re-evaluated since he is suffering so much.

the doctor removed a 2.9 tumour in the parotit gland and he cut the nerve and now im in pain. what it can be done to decreases the pain.

Parotid tumor: Sorry to hear this. You facial nerve has been cut - you are having neuropathic pain. You should be placed on a Medrol (methylprednisolone) dose pak, some Gabapentin or pregabalin, perhaps a NSAID and i would also use a topical gel (mefanamic acid, ketamine, tizanidine, menthol, camphor) that you can apply 4 times a day. Sometimes a nerve block may also help.

31, knee off angle by 21 degrees, dr states do to the angle being off so much osteotomy is not an option. a partail as well do to no acl, is there any other option other then full knee?

Will need surgery: There are some things to do to put off surgery, but it sounds like a replacement is in your future. An unloader brace will take some pressure off the symptomatic side. Taking glucosamine and msm will help to control pain and stabilize joint cartilage, and hyaluronic acid injections might help for a while.

Teeth: Baby teeth can come in slowly and often will appear very small for a long period of time. At 10 months of age it is likely that this is within the range of normal.
