Depends on: Cause of pancreatitis.  If it was gallstone induced, you need to have an operation.  If it was alcohol or medication, you need to stop it.  Consult a GI specialist, but you cannot go on losing weight this way.

Not usually: The most common symptom of pancreatitis is severe abdominal pain. Increased urination or bowel movements is not a common symptom of pancreatitis.

Chronic pancreatitis: You need to be evaluated by a gastroenterologist (g). Chronic pancreatitis due to non-alcoholic causes can be due to high triglyceride levels in your blood or by gall stones. See a g, get examined and get answer to your problem.

Hasn't been studied: Hi. That's a very unusual set of conditions, and no such set has been analyzed for life expectancy determination. CF can cause exocrine pancreatic failure and diabetes, but I know of no unifying cause of all 3.

Cannot answer: It is impossible to acurately predict life expectancy. However, chronic pancreatisits is often related to alcohol dependency. Congratulations for stopping drinking. Addictions can be challenging. I recommend that you get help to remain sober.

Stop worrying: From my reading, sphincter of Oddi dysfunction is GOOD news. You have an explanation for your abdominal pain. If you don't already have raging pancreatitis, you probably won't get it. I haven't found anything convincing about a pancreatic cancer risk, and this would only make theoretical sense if you have bad recurrent pancreatitis. Maybe your SOD II can be treated.
