been on opiates for many months due to an injury.  ran out this morning. i am experiencing an unrelenting panic attack and feel sick. what do i do?

Anxiety/withdraw: Sounds like you are going through early withdraw and getting anxious.  You need to call your dr. And get an eval, as there are meds that can help your anxiety as well as help with your withdraw symptoms.

Inadequate treatment: It sounds like the medications you are taking are not adequately addressing your underlying problem.  You need to see your pcp or psychiatric for a re-evaluation of your medications.

what serious illnesses can be confused with panic attacks? what tests can be done to ensure proper diagnosis is made? never sure if i am sick or not

By you, ALL!: It's possible that your panic attacks can mimic ALL sorts of serious conditions - that's what they try to do.  Drs can often see through them, but it may take tests. This is the best reason to manage panic! CBT therapists can teach you skills to do that - often w/o meds. Hints: if symptoms go away suddenly, pop from one type to another, vary up/down in severity - it's probably anxiety. Do therapy.

Un- or Conscious or : Some purely physical conditions could underlie those symptoms, so a good exam might be a help. But if that shows nothing, it's likely emotional whether conscious or not. Thoughts alone can be triggers of threat (or those very things) can start a cascade of chemicals & hormones. A therapist can help zero in on your internal experiences to find the issues. Then you may begin to resolve them. Or meds.

what would happen if i had a panic attack while vomiting? i'm scared of vomiting and i panic when i feel sick so what would happen if i panic ?

Nothing: The only thing that would happen is that you will feel uncomfortable. Your worry about vomiting and having a panic attack is most likely contributing to your anxiety about it. Try allowing yourself to accept that vomiting is ok even though you may not like. You don't have to like vomiting to allow it to be ok. Try removing any judgemental thoughts about it which likely increase your anxiety.

If you have not: Had cognitive behavioral therapy - that can be a good option.

See your PCP: There are both medication and behavioral solutions to your problem.  Begin by consulting your primary care physician.  If he/she cannot help he/she will know to whom you should be referred.

No, it is: not common to get sick days after a panic attack. I would see a Dr. if you are getting sick every 2 months.

can pvc be caused by stress? if so how can anxiety cause pvc? i have around 700 pac/pvc per day but if i have panic attack ill have more in short time

PVC and stress: You heart may be sensitive to catecholamines and  that is what is released in stress.  Check to make sure not low potassium ,calcium, magnesium, thyroid, arrhythmogenic right heart , Wolff Parkinson White ,associated use of drugs(cocaine), alcohol, or caffeine . Note everyone has PVC when holter is done, though 700 is on the higher end.  Check echo,ask about B blocker use  f/u w/doc.
