Hiccups: Hiccups result from irritation of the diaphragm.  Most commonly, this is from stomach distention.  This may be after a large meal, or when one eats quickly consuming large amounts of air.  For your purpose, i suspect that the bread you are eating is swelling inside your stomach, and/or, you eat it quickly so you ingest lots of air.  Both are leading to stomach distension and diaphragm irritation.

No: No, but the concern here is that you have so much concern. Sometimes people get preoccupied about their health and worry that they will catch diseases that it interferes with their lives. Unable: Some RA tests r false + the others need interpretation by ur md. All ESR means is it is elevated ; how high is helpful, a common cold will cause low elevations auto immune disease higher, ; infection very high. CRP is more sensitive and relates 2 infection, and depends again on how high. A complete work up is needed. C a rheumatologist.
