Matter of fact: It can be anxiety-provoking to consider telling your friends or family that you have a mental health condition, however, as it has become more commonplace, it is also often more accepted.  I would suggest waiting for an opportune moment and then just matter-of-factly disclosing that you have this condition. The more comfortable you appear telling them, the more likely they will be comfortable too.

Kids who struggle often have a different learning style that can be found with testing so they can be taught through their strong areas. Tutors can help also.

I would recommend, however, a test for syphilis and hiv.

Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

PAL: The test evaluates the ability of lymphocytes to agglutinate with Poly-l- Lysine. It is supposedly a screening test for cancer. As with any lab test, the results need to be viewed in the clinical context and the doctor ordering the test is in a better position to address the issue.
