Matter of fact: It can be anxiety-provoking to consider telling your friends or family that you have a mental health condition, however, as it has become more commonplace, it is also often more accepted. I would suggest waiting for an opportune moment and then just matter-of-factly disclosing that you have this condition. The more comfortable you appear telling them, the more likely they will be comfortable too.

They may know: They may know already, but be afraid to say anything. If they are close friends, tell them you need to talk about something serious. Explain what ocd is (do some reading & maybe have some printouts for them to read). Let them know how hard it is for you in certain situations & how they might help you. Make sure you tell people who you trust not to tell everyone without your permission.
