the lower-left quadrant of my abdomen sticks out 5-10mm further than the right. no lumps or bumps, just a diffuse bulge. occasionally a little sore like a runner's side-stitch. i'm lean and feel healthy. should i see a doctor? worried it's a tumor.

See below: I doubt if it is cancer - you may have an inguinal hernia - very common-  During the covid crisis, I would go to see my doctor only if you have persistent pain - when you press on the area, does it disappear? If so it is probably a hernia - hang in there and make a routine doctors appointment -

Physical exam: 25 year old woman with palpable mass in the right lower quadrant. Mass is palpable intermittently and reduces. 
You need a physical exam ASAP. Your doctor needs a full history of your chief complaint including symptoms, a review of symptoms, and your past medical and surgical history, medications, etc.

Right upper quadpain: Many possibilities.  The liver and gall bladder are located in the upper right quadrant and could be the cause, but also pain can be referred from other organs like the lung and heart or intestine.
You need to see your doctor right away to be examined to determine the cause of the pain and get proper treatment.  This could be serious so do not delay making the call.

See Dr 4 Colon exam: It is helpful to list your age. Are your stool patterns normal? What makes the pain better? What makes the pain worse. Your best advice is to see a doctor who can perform or arrange for a colonoscopy exam after performing a history and physical on you.

Could be gas: Sometimes gas can be caught in the bend of the large intestine in that area.... And be painful or mononucleosis can cause spleen enlargement which can be uncomfortable as well. If it persists then be seen.

Hiatal hernia : You most likely have hiatal hernia and will need UGI/ barium swallow to asses the severity of the disease. If ruled out for hiatal hernia, then you will need MRI of thoracic spine to rule out disc disease of mid back
