in the floor of my mouth to the left i have a small, hardish nodule which i can flick with my tongue! no pain, non smoker. any ideas i'm scared?

Evaluation needed: I would suggest having a dentist trained in oral pathology take a look.  If it has been there a while and has not changed it is probably not a tumor...  If nothing else the dentist can give you some piece of mind..

i've noticed two hard nodules under the skin of my gum below my tongue. they're very small and there is no pain. should i see the dentist or wait?

Exostosis ?: It might be a bony exostosis, which is harmless. That being said, your nodules cannot be diagnosed over the internet, sight unseen. Only a visualization by a local dentist can confirm what they are.

dry mouth and dry blood on tongue and bloody phlegm . can it be caused from thyroid nodule ? have been diagnosed with a 1cm nodule  calcified within .

No: It is something that is being caused from inside youre throat. Thyroid nodules are too far away from your mouth and are  not connected with the inside of your throat. Go get it checked by your ENT or family doctor.

Lie bump: Small taste buds become inflamed and sore. Trauma, stress, acidic foods, and other unknown causes can produce these painful bumps.  Commonly, they have been referred to as a "lie bump".

should i go back?. i recently had a negative oral cancer screen, but under skin, these nodules in lower part of mouth either side?she did not comment.

Relax: There should be no connection between salivary gland lesions and your thyroid. In your age group the vast majority of these lesions will be benign. You need to have them evaluated, but try to relax, as all of these things can be treated.

can polyclonal b cells in flow cytometry be diagnostic of lupus? i have a pos ana, pe blood clots (significant clot burden), dry mouth, arthritis, night sweats, thyroid nodules, type 1 diabetes, dupuytren's contracture, rash with sun exposure?

: Polyclonal B cells means you DONT have Myeloma (“cancer” of cells in the bone marrow).

That’s good but you probably do have a rheumatologic condition (Lupus, Sjogrens, MCTD, etc, etc - there are many). See a Rheumatologist

i have a rash on my face, dry, cracking scaly skin, burning, tiny bumps all over face. came overnight. 3 days ago.  painful to move face or open mouth?

Localized rashes: A rash focused on one site of the skin surface is usually a response to a local contact with a triggering agent. Think of a skin soap, lotion,perfume, makeup remover, etc. that you may have applied in the area. Such a response would come up no more than 18-24 hours later. It should fade if you avoid the product &amp; keep the skin clean. Otherwise see your doc.

what are these painful, fleshy nodules inside my noise?

Rule out Staph infec: Although the question is somewhat nonspecific, there are three possible answers. 1.) staph infections of the hair follicles immediately inside the nostril, 2.) papillomas of the nasal turbinate and 3.) you may be touching a normal anatomical structure called the inferior turbinate.  See an otolaryngologist  (ear, nose and throat physician) to be absolutely certain.
