If these don't help, see a podiatrist.

I would visit: A podiatrist or an orthopedic doctor who specializes in foot and ankle.  In the mean time, would consider  wrapping, elevating, and putting something cold on your foot. It you are diabetic, be careful putting something cold or hot on your body because you may damage your skin and not feel it.
