Burning pain?: if you are having a burning, sharp, irritation like pain over the clitoris, this could be due to a condition called pudendal neurlgia. The pudendal nerve has 3 branches, one being the clitoral branch that coud be irritated and create this pain around the clitoris. It can also cause pelvic floor spasms vs the pelvic floor spasms causing compression of the nerve. treatment sooner than later

Herpes?: Sounds like herpes, which is not detected with routine STD testing. There also are other causes of genital ulceration and pain. Keep working with your doctor or ask for referral to a specialist.

Spider???: Could be a mosquitos or a spider,or it could be allergic reaction.if you donor haves fever,or there no black discoloration in the middle. You can apply hydrocortisone cream alternate with topical antibiotics,avoid itching specially at night or while sleeping,for that you can take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at bed time. Not any better see your doctor

Probably, see a Dr.: Wash gently w/ warm water and gentle baby oil. Softly pat dry. Wear cotton undies that are not too tight. If this is not enough, see a doctor - don't let it get worse or cause scratching to break the skin. Infections are not good. Until it feels better - do little to irritate the area. If sex hurt - don't do the things that hurt - discover things that feel good - gentle touch, moist kissing.

Skeeter syndrome: This is likely from an allergic reaction to mosquito saliva. The treatment is symptomatic-topical anesthetic or NSAID for pain and topical anti-itch agent for itching. If no cellulitis , antibiotic is not indicated.  The lesions will eventually subside.

Pain and itch: How long has the pain/itch been bothering you? 
Have you checked the mattress for bedbugs?
Is there a rash?  My first hunch is shingles, which typically causes a rash, pain and sometimes itch, affecting a single dermatome (one area related to a single nerve). 
If the problem is a new sleeping position, try putting a pillow between your knees or under knees at night.
