What could cause pain in my pelvic area and clitoritis?

Burning pain?: if you are having a burning, sharp, irritation like pain over the clitoris, this could be due to a condition called pudendal neurlgia. The pudendal nerve has 3 branches, one being the clitoral branch that coud be irritated and create this pain around the clitoris. It can also cause pelvic floor spasms vs the pelvic floor spasms causing compression of the nerve. treatment sooner than later
