Could be: A virus, strep, or drainage blister. Try Acetaminophen /Ibuprofen, salt water gargles. If no better get checked in person for  the above infections. Good luck

Sores: Two top thoughts would be leukoplakia or oral thrush. Leukoplakia is a precancerous lesion that can develop on the tongue.  It is in response to irritants such as tobacco or alcohol. For this problem specifically you could see your provider, but your dentist might be a better provider to see.

Its normal: The taste buds are sensory taste receptors found on the tongue, throat, and palate that help form the perception of taste.The tongue has several types of these taste buds (which number around 10,000).  Most people, if they examine the posterior portion of the tongue will fine quite large "blister like bumps".  This is part of normal anatomy.
