Maybe: Infections, swollen lymph nodes or even breast tissue can present under armpits without changes on the skin.  Go see your doc.

i am having trouble finding a gp to see me and urgent care hasn't been much help. i am experiencing pain under my right armpit, in the groin above my penis, in my perinuem on both sides of my urethra. i am fatigued often and lately nauseate

urethra.....Did urgent care find anything in the blood or
urine test ? If negative &amp; you are fatigued &amp; nauseated

Hard to say..: It could be caused by infection or inflammation, of muscular origin, trauma, or possibly something worse. If you are in your 40's or above (or younger with strong family history of heart disease), I would see your doctor soon to investigate this. I'm sure everything will be fine, but just make sure that is the case. Best of luck!

Muscle spasm: You made a great diagnosis. Yes  some muscle spasm can go from the front of the chest around to the back. Hint:  No heavy exercise, use Advil or Aleve (naproxen) if not allergic and use 2-3 tennis balls in an athletic sock and place under the affected muscle. BioFreeze is an excellent liniment.

i get pain under my right arm (part armpit, part side body) when lying on my right side. it doesnt hurt when im upright. it also hurts there if i put my hand on my shoulder & raise my elbow above my shoulder (chicken-dance style). affects my sleep?

: You might have stained one or more of the muscles in the area. Try local heat, otc ibuprofen and sleep on your back or the other side. if not better in 7-19 days pl see your doc/ ortho/ good luck.

Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.

Probably: Musculoskeletal pain. The lymph node described sounds benign and unlikely to be a cause of your pain. Enlarged lymph nodes may indicate some infection nearby and, in some cases, reflect involvement by cancer. However, a lymph node with benign characteristics (such as a preserved fatty component) is usually just a normal finding.

Could: be an abscess, less likely a cyst or lymph node. See a doctor for evaluation and treatment

? Clogged gland: Could be a clogged sweat gland. Try avoiding stick deodorants and using warm compresses to see if it resolves. If not recommend medical evaluation
