NO: Until you are released by your surgeon, it's never a good idea to use intoxicants of any kind after major surgery such as breast enlargement. An obvious possible problem is accidental trauma to the surgical area while intoxicated. Please be smart and talk with your surgeon about what activities are permissible and when.

No, if confirmed: The only problem is ignoring a breast "lump" thinking it is a "cyst" when in reality it is a malignant growth. Therefore, do a monthly breast exam and have a md confirm any and all irregularities.

Usually benign: Breast cysts are usually benign.
Make sure you had bilateral mammograms and ultrasound to insure that the radiologist states you have cysts.
See you physicina for follow up of your breast cysts, as they usually change with your cycle and there are dietary changes that can minimize them.
Follow them q month after your period and make sure they do not get larger and/or firmer.  See you MD if they do

Yes sometimes: Most cysts are benign and remain so. Occasionally Cancer can grow from inside a cyst. So it the cysts in getting bigger, it is a good idea to get it excised and check it out microscopically.

No, not big: This would be considered a relatively small cyst.  I am assuming that this was evaluated by ultrasound and mammogram.  Regardless what they said, given your age, you should have a followup ultrasound - usually done in about 6 months - talk with your doctor!

Yes: They can get bigger, smaller, resolve completely, or stay the same.  But they don't turn into cancer.
