Usually benign: Breast cysts are usually benign. Make sure you had bilateral mammograms and ultrasound to insure that the radiologist states you have cysts. See you physicina for follow up of your breast cysts, as they usually change with your cycle and there are dietary changes that can minimize them. Follow them q month after your period and make sure they do not get larger and/or firmer. See you MD if they do
