Sounds like BV: There are several causes of vaginal odor. You will need to see your doctor for testing. The most likely  is bacterial  vaginosis. Bacterial vaginosis is an overgrowth of normal vaginal bacteria. The only real way to fix it is with antibiotics. Trichomoniasis is an STD that can cause odor and itching. Schedule a visit for an exam to determine the cause and treatment

You : You must go in and have a complete evaluation including cultures.  This is very important.  There are other possible infections that could cause this and since your symptoms have not improved and are worse with swelling and redness, then you must be seen immediately to be evaluated and treated.

See your DR: Not enough information. Why the antibiotic? Itchy rash on ONE SIDE of the face only. This rash is not caused by azithromycin.

See dermatologist: Insect bites can cause swelling and blisters as well as itching. They may also become infected. See Dermatologist for tx  which might consist of a potent steroid cream, an antihistamine, and cold water soaks to lessen the oozing , itching, and swelling. Try to avoid any oral antibiotic unless definitely necessary.

He : He may be dealing with a fungal infection aka jock itch (tinea cruris). An over the counter anti-fungal cream like Clotrimazole should help if this is in fact the problem. On the other hand, if the small red bump persists, or is very painful there may be something else going on like a genital wart, herpetic lesion, or bacterial infection (abscess). I suggest he try the Clotrimazole first, and if that does not work see a doctor.

Anal Itching?: I am assuming your anus itches.  Several causes.  Partial rectal prolapse can cause this.  Mucous glands on the outside and wet and not meant to be there.  Causes poor hygiene.  Pin worms can cause this.  Hemorrhoids can cause this.  Yeast and other fungan and bacterial infecitons can cause this.  Use baby wipes, balneol or other rectal cleanser.  Check for pin worms.  Get anoscopic exam by md.
