Back pain: I would be very very careful with the heat as Lidoderm causes numbness which can mask the temperature and lead to burns.

Fentanyl patches: Sores on the lips and tongue are probably not related. The urine and weak certainly could be related. This is probably an issue related to the dose. What does did you start on?

I dont think so: I don't know what 'pop hot' means.  If you mean, get a positive result on the blood test, the answer is no. Lidocaine is not related to the drugs that they test for on drug testing. It's not addictive. It's not a psychoactive drug.
