It may be bursitis: You may have inflammation of your trochanteric bursa, a fluid filled sac that reduces friction at the outside of your hip. Try ice and antiflammatory medicine and consult a doctor.

i have sharp, and worsening, pain on my right side of waist area.  pain is felt with movement or deep breath or cough.  i have reduced appetite, fatigued, and 99.4 temp (normally 97).
is it likely to be appendicitis or should i wait/see b4 er visit?

Back pain : I have seen many people with spinal pain. I can't tell you how important an in-person examination is needed to help you.  Spinal pain can be the result of muscle, ligament, joint, nerve issues, and disc disease. Back pain with movement increased the chances it is not related to kidney disease or other organs. Often  back pain is related to underlying condition worsen by simple things like sitting

Likely muscle strain: If this occurred the day after dancing, you may have strained a muscle. A misstep would have caused pain immediately. You should feel better in 2-3 days with rest and cold packs or moist heat. All the best.

Many things: It could be related to the food you eat.  It may be gallstones.  It could be your liver or pancreas. Kidney stones on the right will cause pain. Also it could be due to your appendix.  Get checked out by your primary care and they can help steer you in the right direction/.
