i have a large lump on my collar bone near the neck and it is causing a lot of pain and i have been to 5 different specialists and so far no answer?

Go see 6th doctor?!?: I'm looking at your "additional patient information" but found no mention of tests performed eg imaging studies. If you haven't already had an x-ray, get that 1st. If that doesn't show anything, get an ultrasound. These 2 tests should help narrow down to bone vs soft tissue. Your family doctor can do initial evaluation & then refer to appropriate specialist. Possible infection: If you have had wounds on your neck and shoulders, and you are now having an enlarging lymph node, then you may be developing an infection.  See a physician for further evaluation.

my left collar bone hurts and the pain moves from my left side of the neck and continues thru the bone than goes to the back side of the bone.

Needs evaluation: The pain could be coming from a variety of sources.  The most likely cause is musculoskeletal; it could be due to a muscle strain, or referred from the neck. However, the pain could also be non-musculoskeletal, coming from your lungs, for example.  If it has persisted for more than a week and is not improving, i would definitely have it evaluated.

my left collar bone sticks out more then my right and its pointy where it sticks out at the base of the neck and my right one doesn't. it doesn't hurt?

Normal.: Some asymmetry is normal. As long as this is longstanding and not enlarging i don't think there is much to worry about.

Several potentials: Edema in this area could be caused by several conditions, such as a clavicle fracture, a trapezius sprain/strain, an upper lung lesion, cervical radiculopathy, etc.  See your physician if symptoms are persistent.

neck pain : Wonder if you experience some type of trauma. It is unlikely for something of this nature to present on its own at your age. It sounds like a nerve type pain giving your sensitivity to touch. You need to see your doctor and be evaluated.

Yes: Depending on where exactly the bump is, this could be anything from swollen lymph glands, through infection, to cancer. You should be especially concerned if you smoke. Get yourself checked.

Location important: Your sketch does raise a question of a brachial plexus problem provoking headaches, or perhaps referred issues from the neck.  So, need to search for thoracic outlet syndrome, cervical spondylosis, etc.  Therapy can be very successful, but need to have a precise diagnosis.
