2 days had achy pain on foot goes from pinky toe to heal on bottom of foot, when walk on it or try stretch foot. what could it be? bengay don't help.

Foot pain : There are various things that this could be. If it is a new onset without history of trauma it could be a muscle strain, tendonitis, capsulitis or even a neuroma. Some things that may help are nsaid's and a good stable shoe. If these do not resolve the pain i would recommend seeing a podiatrist.

my right pinky toe is completely numb. it is discolored and on bottom of foot below my pinky toe is purple. toe and foot gets darker as time passes..

Xray: There could be numerous causes: trauma, circulation issue (although at your age it would be less of a concern) connective tissue disorder. See your local podiatrist for an evaluation

ATHLETES FOOT: Most likely he has what is well known as Athletes Feet or Tinea Pedis. Over the counter antifungal should resolve it, but it takes compliance and patience, give it 3 months.

last week i woke up with sharp pain on my heel at the bottom of my foot and couldn't really walk on it from pain. i also felt slight pain in my outer thigh and like a feeling of a tight muscle. today i can't move my tiny pinky toe..what's happening?

: I assume there has been no injury. You may have plantar fasciitis which causes severe heel tenderness. I recommend taking an anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen or naproxen, elevation of your leg &amp; keeping pressure of the heel, applying ice.  and getting examined by your physician or a podiatrist.

i have slight pain (feels like stepping ona bruise) on a small spot on the bottom/side of my foot about an inch below the pinky toe. diagnosed bursitis but steroid shot + prednisone didnt work. what would be the next guess? looking for 2nd opinion?

Several options: Depending on what the pimple or bump looks like, you could have an insect bite of some sort, a cyst, stepped on something. There are a variety of things it could be. If it is painful or creating problems get checked out by a podiatrist. If it is getting bigger or changing colors definitly get checked out.

Rule out fracture: The bruising you describe may be the result of soft tissue damage caused by the crush injury to your toe from the blunt trauma of the heavy can. It is important to recognize that one of the signs ER doctors look for in determining whether a fracture has occurred is the presence of early bruising. Seek urgent care and X-ray eval but even if fractured buddy taping, ice and elevation are enough!

Tiny bumps: Dermatological conditions are extremely challenging without examining them in person. If they are new I would seek a consultation from a podiatrist.  They could be thickening of the skin, plug sweat glands, bacterial or fungal infections.
